Winners at Cypress Springs in June were Dean Stroman (l), Jake Dollison and Jim Canon (r).  Whoever made the decision to weigh in at 1:00 PM is a genius.  It was a hot day, but the club had very good results.  No photo available for July Winnsboro tournament (results below)   - Albert Jordan, 1st; Haden Sickles, 2nd; Gary Smith, 3rd.

The Texas Trails Bassmasters held our ninth tournament of the 2009 – 2010 season at Lake Winnsboro on July 10th.  Twelve members fished this event. 

Albert Jordan took first place with five bass weighing in at 15.14 pounds.  Haden Sickles was second with a five-bass string weighing 14.41 pounds   Gary Smith rounded out the top three with five bass weighing 10.93 pounds.  I don't have a report on the big bass.

Anglers are awarded points based on weight and finish position, starting with 100 for 1st place, 99 for second, etc.  Fifty points are awarded for anglers who enter a tournament but do not weigh a fish.  *Penalties are assessed for dead fish and late weigh-in.
